What a joy to welcome Aarian to our staff! Aarian Tipton is a first-year masters student at Wichita State, studying Social Work. She will be assisting with family case management and a variety of areas over the next two semesters.
Aarian is originally from Wichita and ran track throughout college. Aarian started at Barton Community College in Great Bend, Kansas, and graduated from Georgia Southern in Statesboro, Georgia, with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2014. Upon graduation, she lived in Charlotte North Carolina for 3 years and has returned to pursue her Masters.
Aarian is excited to join us: “I chose Social Work because I want to help people in any way possible and eventually open my own non-profit. I’ve had experience working with children (special needs), but not in a social work capacity, so I’m excited to be at Family Promise and eager to learn! I am blessed and thankful to be placed at such a special place and ready to get started.”
Welcome Aarian! We’re so glad you’re here.
