Adam Monaghan Promoted to Operations Manager
At Family Promise of Greater Wichita, growth isn’t just about serving more families – it’s about building the systems and support structures that make that service sustainable, dignified, and effective. As we continue to expand our programs and impact, we know that operational strength is foundational to our mission. That’s why we’re so proud to announce that Adam Monaghan has been promoted to Operations Manager!
Adam has been a part of the FPGW staff team since 2017, faithfully serving as Operations Analyst. Over the years, he’s been the quiet force ensuring that our systems work, our data is clean, and the inner workings of our organization stay mission-aligned – even as we’ve grown by leaps and bounds.
From implementing technology platforms and keeping track of vital donor and program data, to solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly, Adam’s ability to balance detailed tasks with big-picture thinking has made him an invaluable part of our team.
In this evolved role, Adam will be expanding his leadership and responsibilities to provide increased operational support across all areas of our work – from program systems and technology platforms to data integrity, workflows, and the daily logistics that keep our mission and our facilities running strong.
This promotion reflects not just Adam’s capacity and commitment, but also our organization’s next chapter. As our team and services grow, we need people like Adam – steady, strategic, and service-minded – to help ensure our foundation stays strong and sustainable.
“We’re deeply grateful for Adam’s continued leadership and steady presence on our team. Please join us in congratulating him on this well-deserved promotion!” – Dawn Epp, FPGW Executive Director
